The SSA Giaimo Building project in New Haven includes the renovation and remediation of the existing men’s and women’s restroom areas. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of existing restroom stalls, partitions, accessories, damaged sheetrock, wall finishes, and other affected materials as required. Mold-affected materials within the restroom areas are properly removed and remediated, followed by the preparation and repair of walls and surrounding surfaces. New sheetrock is installed and finished, and new paint finishes are applied throughout the affected areas. Plumbing work is performed as required to support the restroom renovations, and restroom stalls and partitions are reinstalled in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms. All demolition and construction debris is removed and the work areas are thoroughly cleaned upon completion. HNT provides overall project management and on-site supervision throughout the project, coordinating trades, maintaining the project schedule, overseeing quality and safety, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
